- Dead Indian Memorial Road · CR 72236 miles between Ashland and the Cascade-Siskiyou area, one of the oldest trans-Cascade travel routes in southern Oregon, climbing through Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest toward the Upper Klamath Basin. Wide, open, sustained curves rather than tight technical work.
- Highway 66 · Green Springs Highway60 miles of Oregon Route 66 between Ashland and Klamath Falls, leaving Ashland on tight rhythmic hairpins that gain 2,500 ft in a few miles before settling into a longer mountain crossing. Narrow shoulders and stingily placed guardrails above Tyler Creek Canyon.
- Hyatt Prairie Road10 miles connecting Highway 66 near Green Springs Inn to Dead Indian Memorial Road, past Hyatt Lake. Narrow, mostly single-lane in character and rougher pavement than either road it connects — but it turns the two into a genuine loop instead of an out-and-back.
